Your booking request

Submitting this form records a request, not a confirmed reservation. Valeva must confirm availability, the tour time, price, inclusions, any transfer arrangements and cancellation terms. No payment is taken when a request is submitted.

How your information is used

The booking system stores your name, email, phone, preferred date, group details, pickup request and notes so authorised staff can arrange and manage your visit. Please do not include passport details, card details or sensitive personal information in the form.

Booking records are stored using the website’s hosting and database services. Your private booking link allows access to your reservation; keep it secure. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, call +678 730 3517. Records needed for existing bookings, payment reconciliation or legal obligations may need to be retained.

Payment and confirmation

Online payment is disabled until ANZ eGate is configured and tested. When enabled, payment details are entered on ANZ eGate’s hosted checkout; this website does not collect or store card numbers or security codes. The system verifies payment with the gateway before showing a paid confirmation.

Currency and the full quoted amount are displayed before payment. If payment status is uncertain, contact Valeva before making a second payment. Refund and cancellation arrangements must be agreed with Valeva before paying.

Valeva receives an email alert when you submit a request. Save your private booking link to check for updates. You can also contact Valeva by phone or through the Facebook page linked on this website.

Staff sessions

Staff sign-in uses an essential, secure session cookie that expires after 12 hours. It protects the staff booking desk.

Third-party services

Maps, Facebook and external booking links have their own privacy policies. They open only when you choose to follow their links. This site does not include advertising trackers.
